Vile‑Analyziz processes uploaded files to produce security metadata that helps you understand risk. We design for security, scalability, and flexibility while keeping user data minimized

Data Handling

  • Files are processed in a controlled environment and stored in secure cloud storage.
  • All communications are encrypted in transit; stored artifacts are encrypted at rest.
  • Anonymous uploads are accepted. Authenticated access (invite‑only) provides higher limits and a history view.
  • Only metadata from files are processed by AI platforms (OpenAI).

Retention

  • Anonymous uploads: retained for analysis and short‑term service improvement; we regularly purge to reduce risk.
  • Authenticated: retention is longer to support history and re‑analysis; future controls will let you delete or extend retention.
  • We do not sell data. We use aggregated, de‑identified telemetry to improve detection quality.

Access & Authentication

  • Authenticated access is currently invite‑only. Sessions and API keys (when available) are scoped to your tenant.
  • Admin access is restricted and audited.

Responsible Use

  • Do not upload personal data, live secrets, or content you don’t have a right to analyze.
